Warranty Condition:
- Product Warranty for 36 months upon ex-factory.
- Our company will maintain the right to either repair, parts replacement or products exchange during the quality warranty period.
Below conditions are not under warranty condition:
- During transportation causing the damage.
- During installation or use, due to human error or misused causing the damage.
- Dismantle the product causing the damage.
- No purchase order document provided.
- Input voltage higher than power supply specification.
- Improper installation.
- Natural disaster such as Earthquake, Typhoon, Lightning and fire causing the product damage.
